Brains Survive Storming
Several Momentum contributors -- writers, editors, photographers, and graphic designers -- met last night to brainstorm the content of future issues. It was a fast-paced session, with lots of exciting ideas from a diverse bunch of people. In future issues, you'll be reading about work bikes and biking to work; what's happening with cycling and cyclists in Toronto, New York, Chicago, Ottawa and other places; traveling by bike; inspiring personalities; books; food; art; innovative gear; and many other things that we haven't thought of yet.
We also had a chance to look at a draft of the next issue, which will be coming out soon. There's going to be lots about family cycling, and I was impressed by the photography, especially in the articles on biker fashion with not a single fibre of spandex in sight.
We're always looking for ideas and contributions. If you can write, edit, interview, design or shoot photos, we'd love to hear from you, especially if you live some place other than this hyper-expensive though beautiful place that most of us call 'home' and you want to share something about where you are.
