Yikes, the weather sucks, but that's not going to stop me from riding my bike!

On my cold, dark and rainy rides home I still see cyclists riding without lights, helmets or anything reflective. Are these people crazy? Or maybe, they just need to see that visibility is not only crucial for a safe ride home, it can be a lot of fun.
